Our Mission

Luis Ventura, CEO

Luis is currently the President & CEO of Agrecruit Network, LLC and leads all recruitment efforts. He has managed several key relationships across a variety of sectors and is an expert in developing recruiting strategies to scale a business that requires a specialized workforce.

Luis has over 10 years of recruiting experience and has most recently worked with Church Brothers Farms as a Recruitment and Retention Supervisor, and Dole Fresh Vegetables ending his tenure as Recruiter.
